Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

Kotae orders are processed and shipped within an estimated 2 business days only to USA states. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. holidays.

Please allow additional time for order processing during holidays, new product launches and sales.

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS with the choice of three different services which price is calculated at checkout.

RETURNS

Kotae accepts returns within 30 days of receipt given the order is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Please send your order with a copy of your order confirmation to:

Once we receive the return, we will notify you via email and issue a refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Gift cards and any items that are purchased at a discounted price are final sale.

Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment less the shipping fees. Credits may take up to 10–14 days to appear on your statement.
